After failing to reach sales target in December, Nintendo lowers down sales expectations of its consoles in the coming months. They predicted to sell 5.5 million units of Wii U by the end of March, but now they've lowered down their expected sales to 4 million units. Same goes for the 3DS, which they originally projected to hit 17.5 million, only to be lowered down to 15 million. Apparently, Wii U's hardware sales had a negative impact on Nintendo's profits.
