Grand Theft Auto V, the latest installment of the GTA Series from Rockstar Games, is being sued by two California men for misleading it’s buyers that they can access the online multiplayer feature of the game upon purchase. The two gamers felt betrayed from the advertisement demanding certification on behalf of thousands of buyers in California. The class action lawsuit stated that the company should be responsible enough to know that the online features are not available at the time of the release and should have informed their buyers that it will take more time to enable online play.
